Family office-backed Manor Park Ventures and Brook Farm Group have broken ground on 675 Morgan, a 336-unit Class A apartment community at 699 Highlands Boulevard, on a fully entitled 27-acre site inside the Savannah Highlands planned unit development about 15 miles northwest of downtown.
It's the only parcel zoned for multifamily inside that PUD. The project will spread the units across 11 three-story buildings with a resort-style pool, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, walking trails, pickleball courts and a golf simulator; Summit Contracting Group is the general contractor. The community is scheduled to open in mid-2028.
Why it matters
It's the only multifamily parcel inside the Savannah Highlands PUD, so this is effectively the neighborhood's one shot at apartment-style housing rather than single-family lots.
