Overview

350 Chappell Road is a planned 218-apartment development near the Westside Trail in Grove Park and Bankhead. All apartments are intended for households earning 30–80% of the area median income. Atlanta Beltline, City of Refuge and TBG Residential are developing the 6.3-acre site; the project received affordable-housing tax credits in February 2025.
