Brookhaven Council Approves 320 Apartments at Ashford Green Office Park

The Brookhaven City Council voted 3-0 on August 25, 2026 to approve rezoning case LUP26-00001 and special land use permit LUP26-00002, clearing Ashford Green Ventures, LLC to add a five- to six-story, 320-unit apartment building, alongside a renovated 266,000-square-foot office building and 16,000 square feet of restaurant space, to the 14.24-acre Ashford Green campus at 4170 Ashford Dunwoody Road.

Alpharetta's council votes tonight on a 99-acre arena bet

The Alpharetta City Council decides Monday night whether Jamestown and New York Life can rebuild North Point Mall around a 20,000-seat hockey arena, up to 1,385 apartments, and new offices and retail.
