What this is
Urban Atlanta is an independent media brand covering development, infrastructure, openings and civic decisions in metro Atlanta. It is part of The Urban Media Group.
What the information is, and is not
Updates and project pages are compiled from public records: agendas, filings, permits, budgets, and published reporting. Every page lists what it was built from so you can check it yourself.
Plans change. Filings are withdrawn, numbers are revised, and projects that look certain do not always get built. A page tells you when it was last verified for exactly this reason.
Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, engineering or real estate advice. Do not make a decision that matters on the strength of a page on this site without reading the record underneath it, which is why we link it.
Using what you find
Read it, link it, quote it, send it to a neighbor. Credit Urban Atlanta and link back to the page and we are square.
Republishing whole pages as your own, or scraping the site to reassemble the project record somewhere else, is not permitted.
Who owns what
The writing, the design, the project record and the marks are ours.
The photographs generally are not. They belong to the people and publications credited beneath them and appear here under the terms those owners allow. A credit is not permission for you to reuse the image. If you want to use one, go to the owner named in the credit.
