Overview

Georgia Tech plans to adapt the historic Biltmore in Tech Square for startups, research commercialization and entrepreneurship programs. The Georgia Tech Foundation owns the building, and Collaborative Real Estate is overseeing its redevelopment. The plan brings together CREATE-X, VentureLab and related programs.
