Overview

Legacy at Herndon Square is the completed second phase of the former Herndon Homes redevelopment on Atlanta’s Westside. The community has 201 apartments, including 170 affordable homes, and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. Pennrose and Atlanta Housing announced its grand opening in August 2026.
