Overview
BLVDNEXT is the redevelopment of the former Atlanta Medical Center property in Old Fourth Ward, led by Wellstar and The Integral Group. The concept includes housing, shops, offices, green space and community facilities. The project website schedules infrastructure work for mid-2027 and building construction for late 2027.
