Overview
Overlook at Garson is a 130-home affordable housing development in Lindbergh near the future Beltline Northeast Trail. The Beltline, Pennrose and Radiant Development Partners announced a groundbreaking on August 4, 2026, with completion expected in 2028. The development also includes affordable commercial space.
