Georgia Tech's Technology Square Phase 3 is officially complete, adding two towers over West Peachtree Street in Midtown. The 18-story George Tower now houses the Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, and the 14-story Scheller Tower holds the Scheller College of Business MBA and executive programs, together about 416,500 square feet of classrooms, labs and offices.
The roughly $200 million project, designed by Eskew Dumez Ripple with Turner Construction building, targets LEED Platinum. Lower floors opened in 2025; the official ribbon-cutting is set for Sept. 18, with both towers in use for the fall semester.
Why it matters
It extends Tech Square, the densest concentration of corporate research and startups in the Southeast, another block up West Peachtree, tightening the campus's grip on Midtown's innovation corridor.
