A four-story modern infill house at 109 Chester Avenue SE in Reynoldstown, two blocks from the Beltline's Eastside Trail near Breaker Breaker, had its asking price cut $150,000, from $1.24 million to $1.09 million. Built by Cox Developments with Goodman Design on a tight lot, the house has a 600-square-foot rooftop terrace plus three more outdoor spaces.
