JLB Partners is pursuing a conversion of a seven-story, 1960s-era office building at 470 East Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead Village into 314 apartments. The building was long occupied by Logility Supply Chain Solutions, which Aptean acquired in 2025 and still staffs there in reduced form.
It's one of ten office-to-apartment conversions now in the metro Atlanta pipeline, together expected to add about 2,642 units, and would put new residents a short walk from the Buckhead Village District's restaurants and shops.
