Woodrow House has moved from construction into leasing at 840 Woodrow Street in Oakland City, one block from the Atlanta BeltLine's Westside Trail. Woodfield Development topped out the project in July and was leasing by the end of August. Current project materials describe a $77 million community with 326 apartments and townhomes, including 66 affordable and workforce units and 5 percent of homes open to voucher holders.
The seven-acre former industrial site also includes more than 12,000 square feet of commercial space near a future BeltLine-to-MARTA spur trail.

Why it matters
The lease-up tests whether a large BeltLine-adjacent project can preserve meaningful income-restricted inventory as the area changes.
