Crooked Creek Development Partners held its second of three planned community meetings on Aug. 18 for a plan to redevelop Jefferson Plaza and The Station, two office parks on Holcomb Bridge Road at the Norcross-Peachtree Corners line. The plan keeps the 7-story Jefferson Plaza tower, demolishes all nine buildings at The Station, and replaces them with a 320-unit apartment building, a 150-unit age-restricted complex, 30 townhomes and about 16,100 square feet of street-level retail.
No application has been filed yet, but the team is targeting a September submission for the required rezoning from office-institutional to mixed-use.
What to watch
Whether the SUP and rezoning application is actually filed in September, which would set up a Norcross council vote as soon as Dec. 7.
